1. About KATI

KATI is an appointment-booking and discovery platform that connects Customers with independent salons, barbershops, hairdressers, beauty businesses and other service providers (“Businesses”).

KATI provides technology for discovering Businesses, viewing services and availability, making appointments and managing bookings.

KATI does not provide the services booked through the Platform. The Business is solely responsible for the service provided to the Customer.

2. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and keep their account information up to date.

Users are responsible for protecting their login details and for activity performed through their account.

Businesses are responsible for ensuring that the information they publish on KATI, including services, prices, opening hours, staff and availability, is accurate and lawful.

3. Bookings

A booking made through KATI is an agreement between the Customer and the relevant Business.

Businesses are responsible for honoring their confirmed bookings where reasonably possible.

Customers are responsible for attending their appointments or cancelling them in accordance with the Business’s cancellation policy.

KATI does not guarantee that a Business, service, staff member or appointment will always be available.

4. Payments

KATI’s standard model does not charge Customers a booking fee or commission.

Customers generally pay the Business directly for the service.

Businesses may pay Mykati Co. a recurring subscription fee for using KATI’s Business services.

KATI is not responsible for payments, refunds, prices, taxes or disputes relating to services provided by Businesses.
